Ring Engraving: Let’s Make It Personal
As you can imagine, we’ve seen our fair share of wedding rings since 1978. This was long before we had a website – or, for that matter, wedding planners to supply them to us. In those days, the rings came via jewellery stores or the couples themselves. Our role in these love affairs was to engrave declarations of heartfelt, lifelong devotion. Usually, the engraving is your wedding date, initials or a phrase that means the world to you both. It’s like imprinting your story – more than that, your emotions – into the metal. The same principle applies to engagement or eternity rings – and for signet rings, which are as popular as ever.

A Bond of Love
Our engravings go way beyond decoration. Be they for engagements, weddings or anniversaries, they’re about forging an intimate connection between partners.
Engraving inside wedding rings (or outside, for that matter) is a big responsibility. Each word or date is a tangible reminder of shared experiences and promises.
At the same time as deepening these emotional bonds, the inscription serves as a perpetual symbol of the couple’s enduring love.
FAQs
Can we engrave both the inside and outside of the ring?
Usually we work on the inside, but if the outside is suitable too, we’re all for it. When it comes to signet rings, intertwined initials are a perennial favourite.
Can you engrave any metal or shape?
Indeed! We handle everything from titanium and pewter to the classics like gold and platinum. Engraving tungsten carbide rings is all in a day’s work for us. An irregular shape is no issue either.
Is there a character limit?
If you can visualise the lettering in the available space, we’ll normally be able to manage. Within reason, that is!
